RingADoc is not a drug fulfillment warehouse and holds its doctors to a strict online prescription policy. We understand the seriousness of abusing this policy and the harmful effects it may bring to our users and our doctors. There is no guarantee that having a phone consultation with a doctor will lead to an online prescription at the end of the call. Prescribing medication is at the sole professional discretion of the doctor.

When an online prescription is given, they will be limited to short term and low supply and subject to state regulations. All online prescriptions prescribed by the doctor are intended to deliver direct results based on the content of the telephone consultation that is confidential between the patient and the doctor. Antibiotics and antihistamines can be prescribed by a doctor if he/she deems it appropriate. RingADoc doctors will not under any conditions issue lifestyle drugs, substances controlled by the DEA, or any that have a potential for drug abuse.

The use of the term “online prescription” on this page encompasses any prescription given without an in-person consultation.
